Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead the F100 program budget, forecasting, and earned value management. You will coordinate with CIPTs and cross‑functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and strong cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and typically 8+ years of program and financial management experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years). Onsite work with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required with 8+ years of program/financial mgmt experience, or a related advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and budgeting for large programs (EAPS/PPS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with EAPS and PPS budget elements; strong cross‑functional collaboration required.
• SAP experience is a plus for budgeting and financial tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual EAPS and PPS budgets for the F100 program and coordinate with CIPTs.
• Conduct forecasting, variance analysis, and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to track performance and variances.
• Drive integration across programs, Contracts, Military Engine Finance, Pricing, BACE and Engineering.
• Oversee manpower planning and strategic sourcing reporting.
