Crowe seeks a Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to lead enterprise BI and BIDW programs. You will define the enterprise information architecture vision, drive BIDW delivery, and mentor teams across data transformation to deliver high-value solutions.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, shape data strategies, ensure governance, and oversee delivery quality at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M language).
• 2+ years of experience with Python or similar languages.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Warehouse and BI teams within Data Transformation.
• Define and drive the enterprise information architecture vision for enterprise-level BI/data solutions.
• Develop team strategy, roadmaps, and resource plans for BIDW; mentor engineers and managers.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure maximum value from data assets and BI investments.
• Oversee governance, QA, and delivery quality for BIDW initiatives and datamarts.
