Crowe seeks an experienced Senior Data Architect - Associate Director to lead enterprise BI/ BIDW initiatives, shaping the information architecture vision and delivering BI data warehouse solutions across the firm.

The role drives leadership for BIDW, collaborates with Head of Data and business stakeholders, and champions continual improvement, governance, and value realization across data platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
• 2+ years of experience with Python (or other programming languages).
• 4+ years of experience managing projects from inception to execution.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of and accountability for successful results of the Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence teams within Data Transformation.
• Thought leadership in enterprise data architecture and new technologies applicable to Crowe data.
• Development of team strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and resource assignment for BIDW team.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure maximum value from data warehouse and BI investments.
• Define adoption KPIs and oversee value realization from BI solutions.
