Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, editorial strategy or related fields.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise communications strategies within large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading integrated communications programs involving multiple stakeholders and audiences.
• Experience managing content, editorial planning and communications channels in a global, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise editorial and content strategy aligned with Gartner's priorities, culture and associate experience.
• Own the editorial vision for Gartner's corporate intranet and enterprise communications ecosystem.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging and actionable communications.
• Lead development of high-quality written, visual and video content that informs, inspires and connects associates.
• Build relationships with communications leaders across the business to ensure messaging alignment.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of content and communications professionals.
• Foster creativity, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement; track KPIs and report on content effectiveness.
