Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to develop and execute an enterprise editorial and communications strategy that informs, engages, and inspires Gartner associates.

You will own the intranet and enterprise communications ecosystem, translating complex business priorities into clear, actionable messaging that aligns with strategic objectives. You will lead a team of content and communications professionals, build cross-functional relationships, and track KPIs to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, editorial strategy or related fields.
• Experience leading integrated communications programs in a large, complex organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive enterprise editorial and content strategy.
• Own the editorial vision for Gartner's corporate intranet and enterprise communications.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, engaging communications.
• Develop high-quality written, visual and video content across the organization.
• Build relationships with communications leaders to align messaging across the business.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of content and communications professionals.
• Track KPIs and report content impact to leadership and stakeholders.
