Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Content Operations & Delivery to lead and transform the therapeutic-area content operating model. The role drives end-to-end content execution, governance, and vendor management to ensure compliant, scalable delivery across brands.

The position requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on AI-enabled improvements, with responsibilities spanning strategy translation to deployment and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience across omnichannel marketing execution management, content operations, digital strategy, or commercial excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading complex TA portfolios and governance frameworks.
• Experience with agency/vendor partnerships and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of the TA content operating model and governance frameworks.
• Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for content execution and budget stewardship.
• Oversee agency, production, and outsourced service partnerships with governance.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships.
