Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a dynamic donor recognition program across donor audiences.
• Foster rewarding volunteer experiences and maximize board effectiveness.
• Produce high-quality stewardship deliverables and donor impact reports.
• Update records and pull reports in the CRM; interpret dashboards.
• Plan donor stewardship events and collaborate on university-wide activities.
• Oversee the Board Portal program and maintain guidelines/resources.
• Lead training and participate in institutional working groups as needed.
• Supervise staff where appropriate.
