Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director of Donor Experience in the United States to strengthen philanthropic engagement with healthcare, education, and research initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000–$4,999 annually) focusing on retention, renewals, and increased giving, while developing major gift prospects and personalized engagement strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3+ years in fundraising or donor relations; mid-level or major gifts experience valued.
• Experience with donor cultivation, stewardship, and pipeline development.
• CRM/databases experience required; Affinaquest preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of donors contributing $1,000–$4,999 annually.
• Develop tailored stewardship and outreach plans across calls, email, mail, events.
• Identify and qualify prospects for major and planned gifts.
• Coordinate direct mail and email solicitation campaigns.
• Develop donor communications connected to organizational priorities.
• Maintain the donor Story Bank with impact stories.
• Use Affinaquest or similar CRM to track engagement and automate outreach.
• Monitor retention, upgrades, referrals, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with development, donor relations, marketing, and academic teams.
• Protect donor privacy and follow HIPAA/FERPA where relevant.
• Explore new technologies to enhance donor experience.
