Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison for field-based engagement with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the United States to inform brand and medical strategies.

The role focuses on developing strategic, compliant relationships, executing engagement plans, and generating field insights while traveling extensively to conferences and advisory boards. A clinical background and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a health/clinical field or equivalent.
• Advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Expertise in dermatology clinical practice.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusted professional relationships.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Executing engagement plans with Dermatology NPAs and PAs.
• Identifying emerging APP leaders in dermatology.
• Supporting educational initiatives for field teams.
• Generating actionable field insights for brand and medical strategies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing and other teams.
• Representing the company at dermatology conferences.
• Supporting advisory boards and committees.
• Building relationships within the Dermatology APP community.
