Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks an Associate Director for Data Center CIPT – Control Boxes to own the Fans commodity strategy across the product lifecycle and drive supplier readiness and capacity planning.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Program Management to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets while accelerating industrialization of Data Center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years across Operations/Manufacturing or Supply Chain/Sourcing/PM.
• 5+ years of leadership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Control Boxes CIPT and cross-functional team across sourcing, materials, engineering, quality, production, aftermarket.
• Own component performance metrics across the value chain.
• Drive governance, risk escalation and issue resolution.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly operational reviews.
• Translate business objectives into executable supply chain, engineering and operational plans.
