Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) for Heat Exchangers. You will own the commodity strategy across the product lifecycle, ensuring readiness from design to production ramp and field deployment.
You will align Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to meet commitments, capacity, and cost targets. You will lead governance, drive risk management, and shape sourcing and industrialization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, manufacturing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, programs, or business initiatives.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in at least two of: Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Sourcing/Supplier Development, or Program Management/Industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Heat Exchangers CIPT and cross-functional team; establish accountability and governance.
- Drive business performance against KPIs: engineering readiness, BOM release, manufacturing performance, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
