Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Data Center Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) - Compressors, to own compressor strategy across the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and program management to deliver on time, cost, and quality targets.

In this role you will drive sourcing, capacity planning, supplier readiness, and engineering change execution to scale Data Center operations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in two of Operations/ Manufacturing or Supply Chain / Sourcing / Supplier Development or Program Management / Product Industrialization.
• 5+ years of leadership leading cross-functional teams, programs, or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compressor CIPT and cross-functional team.
• Establish accountability across the value chain.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews.
• Drive governance and risk escalation processes.
