Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director for the Data Center CIPT – Control Boxes, responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Fans commodity strategy and execution from design release through production ramp‑up and field deployment.

You will lead cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Development, Materials Planning, and Program Management to ensure commitments, capacity, quality targets, and cost objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of leadership guiding cross-functional teams and programs.
• HVAC or data center market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIPT governance and accountability for Control Boxes across the value chain.
• Manage performance against KPIs including readiness, BOM release, and OEE.
• Drive strategic sourcing and industrialization decisions for rapid scaling.
• Lead a matrixed team across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Supplier Development, and Program Management.
