You will own heat exchanger readiness across design release, supplier readiness, and production ramp, while aligning engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, or program management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Heat Exchangers CIPT and manage cross-functional teams across sourcing, materials, engineering, quality, and production.
• Establish accountability for component performance across the value chain.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews.
• Drive governance, risk escalation, and recovery actions to protect schedule and cost targets.
• Own performance management against component-level KPIs including cost, capacity, and quality.
• Translate business objectives into executable supply chain and engineering plans.
