Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Associate Director for the Data Center CIPT Fans to own the commodity strategy and drive end-to-end execution from design through production ramp and field deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure readiness, capacity, and cost objectives are met.
The role requires a strong background in fans or rotating equipment, plus 10+ years in related disciplines and 5+ years of leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in at least two disciplines: Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Sourcing, or Program Management/Product Industrialization.
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, programs, or business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fans CIPT and cross-functional team with governance, accountability, and regular reviews.
- Own component readiness across the product lifecycle from design release to market delivery.
- Drive capacity planning, supplier development, and risk mitigation to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Translate business objectives into executable supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing plans.
