Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director for the Data Center CIPT - Compressors to own the compressor commodity strategy and drive cross-functional execution from design release through production ramp-up. You will ensure readiness, capacity, and cost objectives while leading a matrixed team across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.

In this role, expect to shape sourcing strategies, manage risks, and partner with suppliers to scale data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, or program management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compressor CIPT and cross-functional governance across sourcing, materials, engineering, quality, production, and program management.
• Own performance management against component-level KPIs including readiness, BOM, validation, and on-time delivery.
• Drive strategic sourcing, capacity planning, and industrialization decisions to enable rapid scaling and cost objectives.
