Job summary

Digitas, a networked experience agency, seeks an Associate Director of CRM & Loyalty Strategy in New York, reporting to leadership across marketing, product and analytics. You will design programs and communications that grow acquisition, engagement and lifetime value, and you’ll lead relationships with clients to translate insights into action.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, data and customer experience, shaping loyalty economics, lifecycle programs and personalized experiences

Qualifications

• Customer-centric strategist with CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing and/or customer engagement experience.
• Ability to turn customer relationships into measurable business growth.
• Experience developing loyalty, membership or retention strategies that drive behavior and outcomes.
• Experience designing relationship ecosystems across multiple channels including email, SMS, app, web and emerging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer growth and loyalty strategies to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Map journeys and architect ecosystems across owned, addressable and connected experiences.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations and partner with analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional planning with creative, experience, media, analytics and technology teams.
