Anduril Industries is hiring an Associate Director of Business Development to shape, capture, and scale growth in the Civilian, Commercial, and Critical Infrastructure space.

You will lead data-driven campaigns across federal civilian agencies (DHS focus), state/local governments, and large commercial sectors, collaborating with leadership and engineering to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in operations, acquisition, program management, business development, or capture in defense tech or related fields.
• High ownership and initiative in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience leading Federal Civilian program capture, DHS focus, or large commercial tech deployments.
• Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining complex tech in regulated environments.
• Ability to establish relationships with senior officials across government and private sector.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government Acquisition processes, OTAs, IDIQs, and non-traditional contracts.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and time-management under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute a data-driven strategy to identify, shape, and close growth opportunities across Federal Civilian agencies, DHS focus, State and Local governments, and large commercial sectors.
• Develop deep understanding of CCC customer base and use it to position Anduril ahead of requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior officials and program stakeholders across DHS, DOE/NNSA, USSS, State Department, and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with Business Line Operations and Engineering to translate challenges into material solutions and guide product development.
• Coordinate with corporate teams to shape contracting, funding, and partnerships for future CCC opportunities.
• Communicate Anduril's value to customers, partners, and the public, and uphold the company's ethos.
• Foster trust, open communication, and continuous improvement across a fast-moving cross-functional team.
• Deliver on financial performance and strategic growth initiatives.
