Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Associate Director of Business Development to shape, capture, and scale its Civilian, Commercial, and Critical Infrastructure portfolio. You will build data-driven strategies, understand customer roadmaps, and coordinate across DHS, DOE/NNSA, USSS, and the private sector to close opportunities.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and strategy teams to translate challenges into solutions while shaping contracting and funding approaches for future CCC

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of operations, acquisition, program management, business development, or capture experience in defense technology or related tech space.
• Ability to lead acquisition and capture of Federal Civilian programs, with a focus on DHS or similar civilian government customers.
• Experience developing and sustaining complex technologies in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute data-driven strategies to identify and close growth opportunities across Federal Civilian, State and Local governments, and large commercial enterprises.
• Develop deep understanding of CCC customers’ programs, requirements, and regulatory landscape to position Anduril ahead of needs.
• Maintain relationships with senior officials across DHS, DOE/NNSA, USSS, State Dept., and commercial customers to identify opportunities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Business Line Operations and Engineering to translate customer challenges into material solutions and inform product development.
• Communicate Anduril’s value to customers, partners, and the public; project the company ethos in civilian and commercial environments.
