Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum five years in employee engagement, giving, or volunteering.
• Experience in corporate philanthropy or social impact.
• Experience partnering with vendors and nonprofit partners globally.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day management of employee giving platform and processes.
• Oversee fund disbursement, cash distributions, reconciliations, and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and operating governance for programs.
• Expand reach, participation, and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate global or local giving opportunities and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with communications to drive awareness and engagement.
• Monitor participation and outcomes to measure social impact.
• Lead volunteering programs and Dollars for Doers administration.
• Promote volunteer opportunities and community alignment.
