United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Community Engagement Team, coordinating efforts with patient advocacy orgs, CBOs, and healthcare networks. You will bridge field execution with strategy and drive actionable insights on access barriers and community priorities.

You will mentor a team, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliant, high‑quality engagement at scale across priority ecosystems. Travel up to 75% supports external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience or related community engagement/public health work.
• Experience directing field-based teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Community Engagement Specialists to execute engagement across PAOs, CBOs, and allied networks.
• Translate strategy into field execution, capture insights on access barriers and community needs.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality engagement aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Monitor engagements with dashboards and reporting tools; drive continuous improvement.
