Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Public Health, or related field required.
• Minimum five years in employee engagement, giving, or volunteering programs.
• Experience in corporate philanthropy, social impact or corporate responsibility.
• Strong vendor management, regionally diverse partnerships, and governance.
• Proven budget management and data-driven reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for employee giving, volunteering, and community programs globally.
• Oversee platforms, governance, and vendor relationships with financial stewardship.
• Coordinate communications and engagement campaigns to drive participation.
• Measure impact with dashboards and metrics to demonstrate social outcomes.
• Partner with communications on Outreach and ensure policy compliance.
