Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships with corporations and foundations.
• Experience developing fundraising proposals and budgets within deadlines.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more.
• Experience managing multiple prospects and donors.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience with fundraising principles and practices.
• Experience with databases, data tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and coordinate multi-year strategies to generate corporate and foundation support.
• Directly manage corporate and foundation relationships and support staff in managing these relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to enhance the development program.
