Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents, particularly corporations and foundations.
• Experience developing fundraising proposals and budgets within established timelines.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more.
• Experience managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large non-profit.
• Experience with fundraising principles and practices.
• Experience with databases, including data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate multi-year fundraising strategies for corporations and foundations.
• Directly manage corporate and foundation relationships and support staff in managing these relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to enhance the development program.
