Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Arizona seeks an Associate Director of Development for Corporate & Foundation Relations to lead and coordinate multi-year fundraising strategies. You will manage corporate and foundation relationships and support staff, driving donor engagement and strategic development across programs.

The role requires a track record in securing gifts, strong writing and presentation skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance conservation priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents, particularly corporations and foundations.
• Experience developing fundraising proposals and budgets within established timelines.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $50,000 or more.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate multi-year strategies to generate support for conservation priorities.
• Directly manage corporate and foundation relationships and support other staff in managing these relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to enhance the functioning of the development program.
• Collaborate with program leaders and the development team to align efforts.
