Job summary

FactSet seeks an Associate Director, Core Performance & Fixed Income Analytics, to lead a Buy-side Managed Services team focused on performance measurement, attribution and fixed income analytics. You will manage analytics specialists in the US and Brazil responsible for implementations, service delivery and client engagements for institutional clients.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Consulting and Engineering to drive renewals, scope changes and new opportunities, while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/related field.
• 11–13+ years in performance measurement/attribution/fixed income with 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading client-facing delivery or managed services teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team across US and Brazil with workload planning and career development.
• Own the quality and timeliness of managed services delivery to client book.
• Drive internal projects to standardize, automate and scale processes.
