Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. seeks an Associate Director to lead the Core Performance & Fixed Income Analytics team for the Americas.

You will manage a distributed group across the US and Brazil, delivering high-quality performance analytics, client servicing and solution delivery for institutional clients. You will partner with sales, product, consulting, and engineering to drive renewals, new services, and continuous improvement of the Core Analytics suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 11-13+ years in performance measurement, attribution, fixed income or portfolio analytics; managerial experience required.
• Strong knowledge of performance measurement methodologies across equity, multi-asset and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of analytics specialists across US and Brazil; manage workload, reviews and development.
• Own client delivery quality: performance measurement, attribution, and client reporting.
• Act as SME on FactSet Core Analytics; support implementations and client engagements.
