Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Specialty Services Lead for its Middle Office Managed Services team in the USA. You will bridge investment and software professionals, becoming a subject matter expert in FactSet Core Analytics products while partnering with client representatives, sales, product specialists and engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to drive growth with clients across asset managers, wealth managers, and asset owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Specialty Services retention efforts through both reactive and proactive client support, time-intensive projects, and complex problem solving.
• Actively contribute to and validate best-practices initiatives, product improvements, and workflow enhancements for specialty clients.
• Maintain a commercial focus to identify opportunities for regional ASV growth within Managed Services.
• Collaborate with, mentor, train, and support other client-facing teams at FactSet, while acting as a subject matter expert escalation point for internal teams such as Support and Sales.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the asset management industry, current market trends, and economic factors to maintain a competitive edge.
