Qualifications

• 11–13+ years in performance measurement, attribution, fixed income or portfolio analytics.
• Experience leading client-facing delivery or managed services teams across locations.
• Strong knowledge of equity, multi-asset and fixed income attribution and related instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed analytics team across US and Brazil, managing workload, reviews and development.
• Own quality and timeliness of managed services delivery for client book including reporting.
• Drive process improvements, KPIs and automation with Product and Engineering.
• Stay abreast of market best practices in performance and fixed income analytics.
