Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum four years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations, or non-profit organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of ACCME and Joint Accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and evaluate webinars, courses, and educational programs.
• Develop policies for speakers, staff, and partners involved in activity planning.
• Coordinate educational activities with staff and project leads.
• Forecast and manage training budgets, including contract negotiations and payments.
• Ensure accreditation requirements are met and reported.
• Monitor performance metrics like registration, satisfaction, and revenue.
• Coordinate with speakers and partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee activity logistics and staff delegation.
• Coordinate grant-related training deliverables within budget and timeline.
