Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with community health centers, member-driven associations, or non-profit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of continuing education program planning, production, and evaluation.
• Develop policies and procedures for speakers, staff, and partners involved in activity planning.
• Coordinate educational activities with staff and project leads to meet targets and accreditation requirements.
• Forecast and manage training budget, including contract negotiations and payments as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics such as registrations, satisfaction, and revenue goals.
• Coordinate grant-related training deliverables and ensure timely, budgeted delivery.
