Permanent People Rec2Rec, a growing international recruitment business, is launching its US operation in Los Angeles. They seek a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant / Associate Director to build and own a Construction recruitment division, shaping strategy, winning clients and delivering revenue.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business, forging client relationships and scaling a profitable desk, with the autonomy to hire and lead a team as the division matures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 360/full-desk recruitment with BD focus.
• Proven track record of client development and revenue growth.
• Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or related markets is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership to build and lead a new Construction division in Los Angeles.
• Develop new business, win clients and grow a profitable desk.
• Hire and lead a team as the division scales.
