CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Compliance to advance the company’s Compliance Management System, monitor testing programs, and support audit readiness across all lending channels. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, assess regulatory risk, and drive process improvements to strengthen controls and adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in financial institutions, preferably large/complex.
• 3+ years in risk management or consumer compliance for mortgage originations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and enhance Compliance Monitoring and Testing programs.
• Perform second-level QA reviews of monitoring results and findings.
• Collaborate with leadership to set objectives and improve metrics and efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for operational compliance across lending channels.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and audit file requests with timely submissions.
• Oversee Branch Audit activities and ensure timely corrective actions.
