CrossCountry Mortgage is seeking an Associate Director, Compliance to advance the CMS, oversee Monitoring and Testing, and coordinate regulatory examination readiness. This role partners across departments to identify risks and drive improvements in the compliance program.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of mortgage lending laws and a track record of leading regulatory initiatives, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and professional experience in financial services.
• 5+ years in a financial institution, preferably large/complex.
• 3+ years in risk management or consumer compliance related to mortgage originations.
• Experience with loan operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, QA.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and enhancement of Compliance Monitoring and Testing programs, procedures, test scripts, and reporting.
• Perform second-level quality assurance reviews of Monitoring and Testing results for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with Compliance leadership and stakeholders to set objectives and improve performance.
• Serve as primary contact for operational compliance across lending channels and provide regulatory guidance.
