Denver Rescue Mission seeks an Associate Director of Community Life to support the Executive Director in managing emergency shelter operations at Fort Collins sites. You will lead Community Life staff, enforce service standards, and drive continuous improvement in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Education, Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in shelter, housing, or social services with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing teams and operations in high-acuity or emergency service settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily Community Life operations at FCRM and partner facilities, ensuring safety and adherence to schedules.
• Oversee site resources including laundry, meals, bed check-in, inventory, transport, and maintenance.
• Ensure SCRIBE and HMIS data systems are used consistently by frontline staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, Volunteer Services, and Kitchen teams to maintain service flow.
• Provide on-site leadership during peak hours and on-call rotations; supervise staff.
