Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead the Ministry Outreach Center logistics, gift-in-kind processing, and vehicle donation programs. You will supervise staff, manage safety, and coordinate with departments to support holiday drives and service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Candidates may substitute education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving and processing of donations to maximize gift-in-kind value.
• Maintains warehouse safety, cleanliness, and budget oversight.
• Drives continuous improvement in Client Services operations and programs.
• Manages Vehicle Program budget and equipment maintenance accountability.
• Oversees fleet operations, safety investigations, and insurance liaising.
• Leads staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
