The organization serves culturally and linguistically diverse populations across Michigan, with programs funded through Medicaid, Community Mental Health contracts, and commercial payers. Behavioral health sits alongside workforce, youth, and family services, so the work connects to a broader whole-person model of care.
This is a high-autonomy role reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health. You own the clinical program end to end: the team that delivers it, the documentation that supports it, and the compliance posture that keeps it audit-ready. It carries supervisory responsibility for a multidisciplinary staff and external-facing responsibility with CMH partners, payers, and referral sources.
