For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Client Services to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee key client relationships and serve as a trusted partner across accounts in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve program performance, guide launch readiness, and ensure clients receive proactive, strategic support. The position is well suited for someone who combines relationship management, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution to drive growth and long-term client success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
