I'm working exclusively with a transport consultancy seeking an Associate Director to establish and lead a new Civil Engineering design team in their Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior professional to step into a pivotal leadership role with genuine autonomy to shape the team, grow the client base, and drive project delivery across a wide range of infrastructure and development projects.
This role offers the chance to lead from the front - managing projects, building client relationships, growing a team, and contributing to the wider business strategy. You'll be supported by an established leadership team while having the space to put your own stamp on the operation in the Midlands. Your role will include:
We're looking for a proactive, commercially aware leader with:
£60,000 - £80,000 salary (depending on experience), bonus scheme, private medical & dental insurance, life cover, enhanced pension, extra leave, company events, and more.
