Boston University’s Center for Career Development seeks an Associate Director to spearhead the Career Champions Network and integrate career readiness across the student experience. You will work with faculty, advisors, and campus partners to strengthen the career ecosystem, align curricula, and provide students with robust exploration, readiness, and success support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, education, counseling, or a related field and three to five years of experience in career services, higher education, academic affairs, teaching and learning, curriculum development, or a related setting.
• Doctoral degree, college-level teaching experience, and/or experience in curriculum development or faculty engagement preferred.
• Experience developing and sustaining collaborative partnerships with faculty, academic leaders, advisors, and other campus stakeholders.
