Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb invites a seasoned Associate Director to lead the Devens Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team. You will oversee laboratory informatics activities, instrument software qualification, validation, and system lifecycle management to support GxP operations across the site.

Collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Digital Plant teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance while delivering critical projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in pharma lab ops, informatics, or IT roles.
• Experience leading campus-level lab IT teams and IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, USP 1058, GAMP 5 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Campus Laboratory and Benchtop IT team and set goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of team productivity and KPIs.
• Ensure lab software qualification, validation, and lifecycle management across the site.
