Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and QMS elements.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional quality or training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and change in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for GxP Training Quality & Compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders to create a 3–5-year value-driven strategy.
• Drive change management and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as enterprise authority on GxP Training Management and Learning Ecosystem.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial Ops, and Product Development to enable patient-centric outcomes.
