Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Company is hiring a Senior Engineer for IT Laboratory & Quality Systems at the Devens Biologics Digital Plant. The role focuses on secure documentation management, benchtop equipment, and quality systems with end-to-end oversight of changes, incidents, and asset management.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' experience in validation engineering or similar, with exposure to regulated SDLC, LIMS/ELN/LES, and GxP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience as a Validation Engineer or related role.
• Experience with SDLC in regulated industries (biotech/pharma).

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure administration of documentation, processes of benchtop equipment, lab, and quality systems.
• Provide end-to-end management within BMS systems to support changes, incidents, and asset management.
• Support regulatory audits by researching responses to auditor questions and generating information/presentations.
• Maintain alignment with validation directives and industry guidelines.
