Job summary

Canteen North America seeks an Associate Director of Business Development in San Antonio, TX. This entry-level sales support role offers base salary plus commissions, with guidance from Regional Sales Directors and the Sales RVP to win new business and develop a channel for growth.

You will identify opportunities, craft prospecting strategies, and maintain CRM while collaborating with operations to drive results and expand the market reach.

Qualifications

• Must have a BachelorB s Degree or business-related experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospecting strategy and identify new opportunities across verticals.
• Support Regional Sales Directors with lead generation and qualification.
• Coordinate initial meetings and transition of opportunities with RVP/Directors.
• Maintain CRM with activity, milestones and insights for opportunities.
• Collaborate to close targeted accounts and grow cross-sector opportunities.
• Research accounts to tailor outreach and understand business needs.
