Job summary

Ratio Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director in Biology to lead preclinical oncology biology studies and pharmacology efforts. You will design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments, interpret data, and communicate findings with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on laboratory experience, and collaboration across chemistry, radiochemistry, clinical, and regulatory groups to drive preclinical programs forward.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in cancer biology or related field with 10 years experience, or Master's with 15+ years in industry.
• Subject matter expertise in tumor biology and targets.
• Hands-on laboratory work to advance research objectives.
• Experience managing scientific teams in biotech/pharma settings.
• Familiarity with radioactivity or radioactive assays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in vivo pharmacology studies (biodistribution, PK) in cell line and PDX models.
• Manage multiple projects with internal stakeholders, external collaborators and CROs.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of in vivo scientists.
• Collaborate with chemistry, radiochemistry, clinical and regulatory teams to advance projects.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions including IND applications.
• Ensure all biological research complies with regulatory standards.
