Job summary

BBOT seeks a Director-level Clinical Scientist to lead medical and scientific aspects of early-phase oncology studies, with emphasis on first-in-human and Phase 1 programs in RAS- and PI3K-driven tumors. You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Pharmacology to design, execute, monitor, and report studies that accelerate BBOT's mission.

Qualifications

• Requires Ph.D. or Pharm.D. with oncology development experience or an M.D. with related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Pharmacology).
• Strong written and oral communication, data interpretation, and strategic clinical planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead or oversee Phase 1a/1b clinical studies and future programs.
• Author and review protocols, IBs, ICFs, and CSR reports.
• Collaborate with investigators and CROs on study design, endpoints, and criteria.
• Represent BBOT at conferences, lead safety reviews, and site initiation visits.
• Develop development plans, contingency plans, and program strategy.
• Translate preclinical findings to clinical hypotheses and inform strategy.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
