About The Position

Ratio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director in Biology to join a growing team of multidisciplinary scientists responsible for driving preclinical discovery efforts. The successful candidate will have strong interest and expertise working within preclinical oncology and pharmacology, with a well‑rounded understanding of cancer biology and drug discovery techniques. The candidate will design and carry out studies to advance preclinical biology and pharmacology in vivo and in vitro and effectively communicate their data. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment and be able to independently execute studies.

The annual base salary for this role is expected to range between $175,000 and $200,000. This range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
