HireLifeScience is seeking an Associate Director, Engineering for Biologics External Manufacturing Technology. Based in the US, you will lead complex tech transfers with External Partners, ensuring on-time delivery and robust process improvements.

You will collaborate across procurement, QA, regulatory, and operations, guiding partners and shaping manufacturing strategies to support vaccines and biologics pipelines. Strong leadership and global perspective are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degrees preferred for leadership in biologics tech transfer.
• 8+ years post-bachelor experience in biologics manufacturing or related support.
• Proven track record leading technical transfers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single technical contact to External Partners and Commercialization.
• Oversee tech transfer delivery on-time and within budget.
• Guide External Partners on process configurations and change control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and readiness.
