Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable Science is required.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 8 years post-bachelor’s experience in biologics/drug substances manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of technical contact to External Partners and company sites.
• Oversee complex tech transfer projects to external partners and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement.
• Develop validation strategies for new and existing biologics products.
• Evaluate external partners and conduct technical due diligence.
