Bay Farm Montessori Academy is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs. This role will lead the development and execution of auxiliary programs to enhance the student experience and ensure sustainable revenue. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in program management and excellent leadership skills.

The position requires oversight of budgeting, staffing, and operational functions, as well as collaboration with various departments. The role is on-site in Duxbury, Massachusetts, offering a full-time commitment with a strong focus on community engagement and student support.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Experience supervising staff including hiring and training.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with vendor management and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for auxiliary programming.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high-quality experiences.
• Build and manage program budgets and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote programs and increase enrollment.
